1. Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by Humza-Chohan Jalil ("we", "us"), based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at humzacjalil@gmail.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every payment made through this website, including payment.humzacj.com, and to the services those payments are for. If you have a separate written agreement, proposal or quote with us, that document takes priority where it conflicts with these terms.
3. Services
The scope, timeline and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing (for example by email or proposal) before payment. We will carry out the services with reasonable care and skill.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Slash. We never see or store your full card details.
- You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in USD or EUR.
- You are responsible for entering the amount agreed with us. If you pay the wrong amount, contact us and we will correct it under our Refund Policy.
- Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or other fees. These are not set or received by us.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are covered by our Cancellation Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and any access or materials reasonably needed to deliver the services. Delays caused by missing information may affect agreed timelines.
7. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, methods and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
8. Confidentiality
We keep confidential any non-public information you share with us and only use it to provide the services, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires disclosure.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you make a payment applies to that payment.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.
