1. Consumers: 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer (paying for personal rather than business purposes), you can cancel within 14 days of the date your payment was made, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- If you asked us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to the point you told us, and we refund the rest.
- If the services have been fully completed at your request within the 14 days, the right to cancel no longer applies.
2. Business clients
Business clients can cancel an engagement at any time by written notice. You pay for work completed up to the date of notice and for any costs we have committed to on your behalf that cannot be recovered. Any other amount you have paid is refunded.
3. How to cancel
Email humzacjalil@gmail.com with your name, the payment date, the amount and currency, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Your cancellation takes effect on the day we receive it, and we will confirm it in writing.
4. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an engagement if we are unable to provide the services, or if you seriously breach our Terms of Service. If we cancel for reasons other than your breach, you get a full refund for any work not yet performed.
